Actually that question about whether or not a zombie would regain sight, hearing, or movement was a great one. We know that zombies have minimal nurological systems, so, if a zombie can move without any nerve cells, than why couldn't a person with a paralyzed body part move that body part after it's body is no longer relying on nerve endings for communicating?
